Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of inxai.com and the inxai Talent Compass (the "Service"), operated by AIXSEE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (相知國際有限公司), a Hong Kong company (Company No. 80494809, Business Registration No. 80494809, registered address Workshop 251 on 3rd Floor, Join-In Hang Sing Centre, Nos. 2-16 Kwai Fung Crescent, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong) ("we", "us"). inxai is a brand operated by AIXSEE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (相知國際有限公司). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is (and isn't)

inxai Talent Compass is an original, light-hearted self-reflection quiz. It gives you scores on four talent themes and one of twelve talent "types". It is for entertainment and self-reflection only. It is not a psychological, medical, clinical or professional career assessment. It is not scientifically validated, and it must not be used to make hiring, educational, medical or other important decisions about anyone. If you are struggling with your mental health, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service and make purchases.

3. Free and paid features

• The test and your basic result (type and four scores) are free.
• Optional paid digital products may include a Full Report with HD share cards and a Deep Career Report. Prices are shown before you pay, in USD unless stated otherwise, and include or add applicable taxes as shown at checkout.
• All purchases are one-time payments. There is no subscription.

4. Delivery of digital content

Paid content is delivered immediately in your browser after payment and, if you provide an email, by email. By purchasing, you ask us to supply the content immediately.

5. Payments and seller of record

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy [provider to be confirmed]. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy [provider to be confirmed], which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles order inquiries and returns. We do not store your full card details.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on any purchase. This does not limit any statutory consumer rights you have.

7. Your content and sharing

Share cards you generate are yours to share for personal, non-commercial use. They include inxai branding, which you agree not to remove from free cards. Don't use the Service to harass, profile or make decisions about other people.

8. Our intellectual property

The questions, type names, descriptions, reports, illustrations, software and the inxai name and logo belong to AIXSEE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (相知國際有限公司) or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, scrape or create competing products from them.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service. In particular, do not interfere with it, attempt unauthorised access, use bots to generate results at scale, or commit payment fraud.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Results are generated from your answers by a fixed scoring method and may not reflect who you are.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

12. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims there.
