Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase.

14-day, no-questions-asked refund. If you're not happy with any inxai Talent Compass purchase (Full Report or Deep Career Report), email support@inxai.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order email or receipt number, and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy [provider to be confirmed]; you can also request one through your receipt email.

• Refunds usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• After a refund, access to the paid report and HD share cards may be removed.
• Accidental double purchase? We'll refund the duplicate automatically when we spot it, or as soon as you tell us.
• Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. It's faster for you.

These terms are in addition to any statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country.
